RBC Production Management Consulting is a production management group that has been overseeing the production of theater and film features since 1994. They are English - Spanish bilingual with over 30+ years of experience accompanied by a successful track record. RBCPM Consultants bring to the table experience working in both International and Domestic environments, and with varying budgets from Indy to Feature.
As the Senior Production Manager, R. Brian Chacon supervises both the physical aspects and the creation of the production processes, including: personnel, technology, budget, and scheduling.
It is the production manager's responsibility to make sure the filming stays on schedule and within its budget. Production Managers also help manage the day-to-day budget by controlling operating costs such as salaries, production costs, and everyday equipment rentals. PM's generally work under the Director or Line Producer and directly supervise the Production Coordinator.
